FOR LARGER EVENTS
We have added air conditioning to our grand hall, so that your special occasion remains perfect no matter the temperature outside. Our all-in pricing mean you bill is not full of surprises and extra hidden fees. An air conditioned event means cooler guests. No hidden costs mean a happier host.

Wedding Package
Inclusions:
For function with 50 and above guests, free use of the function hall for 4 hours, For function with below 50 guests, free use of the function hall for 2 hours; Venue set-up and Arrangement; Use of P/A Sound Systems; Entrance to the Resort.
Billing Arrangement:
- Php 10,000.00 reservation upon confirmation of bookings. All bookings are on a first come, first-served basis when it comes to the amenities. Bookings that have not made a deposit will still be considered as tentative bookings.
- RESERVATION FEE is non-refundable, non-consumable and non-transferable.
- Total Amount (Remaining Balance) must be paid at least 2 days before the event.
- All rates are on cash basis.
Debut Package
Other Charges
- Php 250.00 corkage fee per Lechon(Pork), case of soft drink/beer, bottle of wine.
- Php 1,000.00 corkage fee per Lechon(calf).
- Php 2,000.00 for every succeeding hour usage of each air conditioned function room.
- Php 2,000.00 for every succeeding hour usage of the open function hall. (Pool. Garden)
- Php 3,000.00 for every succeeding hour usage of the air conditioned in the Grand Hall.
- Php 250.00 electrical charge for every equipment used.
- Php 30.00/head for free flowing coffee.
- Php 10.00/head for every round of Lemonade/Iced Tea.
- Php 15.00/head for every round of softdrinks.
- Php 3,000.00 in garden Wedding. (Good for 2 hours used, with chairs, sounds)
Cancellation of Banquet Sales and Room Reservation
All Confirmed bookings will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
Cancellation -10% of the total package shall be charged and forfeiture of the reservation fee.
Room Reservation
No show on agreed arrival date shall be charged in full equivalent to the total number of room nights guarantee in favor of the hotel.
